4WD:

"Inspiration forwarded."
It is safe to say, we are all trying to navigate through this thing called life. Constantly trying to find ways to improve, discover new things, make life easier, while looking and feeling our best. We all have our stories and experiences and it's what I believe keeps us the most connected. The most human. I greatly appreciate when people are open enough to share a piece of their lives and now I'm seeing it more and more. With the recent boom of bloggers hitting the internet, I've had the pleasure of learning so much from those willing to share and teach. I've decided to join them in the pursuit of creating content with the intention to help and inspire those that are seeking advice in things I have already personally experienced in my own quest of always moving forward.WHAT DOES 4WDED MEAN?
I chose the name 4WDED (forwarded) for many different reasons. Forward by definition means several things, although these definitions resonate most to the purpose of this blog: 1. ready, prompt, eager 2. put into view or consideration 3. bold 4. to advance, or help onward; promote 5. toward the futureWith that said, I'm eager to share my views in a bold way and promote what has (or hasn't) worked for me, and this is where you can find all this information, 4WDED to you.
WHO'S DOING THE 4WDING?
That would be me, Jayne Rio. A human with a passion for life and all it has to offer such as food, music, travel, tech, fashion, other humans, creatures and so much more. You may remember me as an American Idol contestant, a YouTube early adopter or a MySpace D List celebrity. I'm sure there are many other titles I can come up with, but the important thing is, I'm sure we've felt many of the same things and have gone through a lot of the same trials and tribulations such as failure, pain, humiliation, success, love, joy, heartbreak - the list goes on.WHY 4WDED?
In 2015, I made a personal promise to always strive in putting my best foot forward after being the cause of so much pain to myself and others. After seeking for help, I found myself diagnosed with ADHD + Comorbid Bipolar Depression which explains certain behaviors of mine. It's no excuse but knowing this now helps me to improve my life and the relationships in it. I'm not currently taking any medication but instead have decided to practice mindfulness and reflection. In doing so, I've been writing down my thoughts and experiences a lot more lately which has become my therapy. As scary as it is to put yourself out there, I have decided to share some of these bits and pieces from my life with the world in hopes that it may help someone. 4WDED is my way of paying it forward by sharing the knowledge that brings me to this forwarded state. It took a lot to get here and I'm so grateful to be where I'm at now.I know there are a ton of blogs out there for you to choose from so I am honored that you're here. Everything may have already been written about or talked about, but it has not yet come from me. I put my own real life experiences in my content. I take full accountability in what I post because I only share my truth in things I have already gone through and learned from so you can trust that it's real. Again, I am so happy you are here and I look forward to connecting with you. If you have any suggestions or questions at all for me, don't hesitate to reach out! Enjoy! ;)
Love,
